Quick mention, group transfers incorrect

Hi all, last night the AW site was having difficulties, during this time our group transfer occurred which appears to of caught around 5 members out incorrectly. If you are one of these members the credit transfer is being cancelled already although will only occur during the early hours of tomorrow morning. If credits are needed during this time we can transfer a voucher to the account.

I've emailed a couple of times about my pay being wrong yesterday. Can you confirm I am one of the 5 members? As I'm unsure if maybe you're doing it to come over to me next week or this week was considerably down due to a mistake, my name on AW is KinkyPeachesBBW, changed from the name I have on here.
