PAYOUT REQUEST?? No Pay, No Response, No nothing... what's happening??

Since Saturday 12th Dec, I have sent messages via Skype, filled in a form, sent emails but haven't received nothing at all, Absolutely nothing. This is very stressful as don't know what is happening. Surely a reply doesn't cost a thing but stressing people out costs time and money and unwanted charges that could have been dealt sooner. PLEASE SORT IT OUT
