2nd time in a week credit taken

Hi there

I have emailed but got no response. I am on payment on request but on 5th and 12th January all my credits were taken. Why, I didn't request a transfer? The credits you took today were to pay for my features for escorting as I on tour today. And because both the amounts were small 13 credits and 9 credits they didn't show up in my account as they below limit.

So please put the credits back in my adultwork account and stick to payments on request.

I have had around 75 credits taken in December then more again around 4 days later..I have emailed tweeted and messaged through aw as well as messaging aw but have no response from daily pay AT ALL!! How are you supposed to leave the group if they don't get back to you..aw says it's not their problem we have given over our rights I'm absolutely fuming that they take money whenever they like leaving you with nothing hope someone can help us!!!

Hi Miss Lilly, account is set to dailypay with £20 min. This was done on the 21st Nov 2015 and at the moment hasnt had any changes to it.

MissLucyPreston, your account is not appearing in the system, perhaps it was inactive for a while? I searched the email address used on the forums here to get a better idea of what has happened with the account but im unable to find anything. Also the username MissLucyPreston isnt appearing in the system so maybe a change of username? Either way its all easily sorted though and funds will always be paid out as expected. "money whenever they like" its an automatic process, happens every Tuesday, has done for 10 years now. Credits have no meaning anyway so its nothing to worry about. Your earnings are safe and are just pending to be sent to you once the account is sorted.

Group transfers occur weekly on a Tuesday regardless of anything else, they have no connection to earnings/payouts or anything at all.

ps, messages on AW dont get answered as its usually non members messaging to join, there is literally thousands of messages and cant be kept up with. Twitter is also not run by us so no replies would be got there either sorry. Its advertising only, not for support.

I should be on payment on request not daily pay. As I asked if on daily pay could I leave 10 credits in each day to pay for my features so you suggested I go on payment on request instead. That sounded much better for me so I opted for that. I have the emails if you would like me to forward them to you. Can you please amend it and put me on payment on request please.

Hi, replied to email thanks for username. I believe the account hasnt changed from Daily to Payout on request yet but the credits will be fine, we'll sort it here once username comes in.
