You taken my credits yet again when I have not requested it

This is the third time this month, my adult work credits have been taken without me requesting it. I am on payment on request, why does this keep happening?

The credits were only 13, not much but just enough for me to pay for features for escorting whilst I not able to cam until next week. I am on tour out of the country and now have no credits to show my number etc. thanks a lot.

And they won't show up in my bank account as it's less than minimum amount. Can you please sort this out and stop taking credits until I request it.

Group credits are taken once/twice a week hun. You need to fill out a form requesting 10 credits be left in your account.
