Missing pay from special offer

Just a quick message as todays pay is down by approx £26 - £27.

I believe this is the result of not being credited in full for a 1 hour special offer that was purchased in the early hours of 16th December. The gentleman purchased an hour and left my room of his own choice after 29.55 minutes. As seems to be usual on the credits turnover page, this showed I earned 44.87 for the session, whereas the credit history page shows the full value of the special offer being earned at 90 credits. The difference of 45.13 credits is what appears to be missing from todays pay.

I am aware that he can request a refund of the remaining amount (though I am still not sure why A/W allow this, as the reason I made this special offer specifically for him at a lot lower than my usual pvt rate was purely because he wanted a full hour) but as yet, the remaining amount has not been refunded to him. Therefore it is still showing on my credits history page as money I have earned that should be paid to me. I am aware that if at a later date the money does get refunded to him that it will be deducted from my earnings, but as this has not happened as yet, I would be grateful if the remainder of this could be transferred to me as every penny counts at this time of year!
