Sorry to bother you, but I sent an email a couple of days ago regarding what appears to be a slight underpayment of funds that were deposited last Wednesday (the big payment we were all waiting for!) I had also tried the ticket system, but didn't seem to be able to get that to work, as I wasn't issued a ticket number to be able to check on the status.
Please can someone confirm that my email has been received and if possible get back to me regarding the payment query. It was about £17 lower than expected, which I know is not a huge amount in relation to what was deposited, but it would still be good to have an answer on this.
I would usually post my full query on here, but as I gave full details of all the money received I am not sure it is wise to post it all here on a public forum (and I don't have access to the private ones unfortunately - actually, if you could activate me on the private ones that would be amazing!).
